About Emma

Emma Pajewski began cross-training in Pilates for her dance education at Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre School in 2009 before receiving her BFA in Dance from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. After several years as a freelance dancer and arts administrator in NYC, she realized something was missing and returned to regular Pilates sessions. With this change she saw a significant shift in her approach to dance, not to mention she felt healthier and more energized in everyday life. Having experienced the direct impact of Pilates on her own well being, Emma became a certified instructor through Power Pilates and is honored to be sharing the healing practice of Pilates to individuals of all backgrounds.
