Erin has been in the health and fitness industry since 1996 . She is a Power Pilates Senior Teacher Trainer who educates and trains other Power Pilates Teachers as well as overseeing the operations of Evolutions. She received her B.S. in Psychology from Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, GA. When teaching, she believes that her mindset is imperative, “Be completely present with your clients and give your all while you are with them.â€
Erin grew up in Carmel, CA, but now calls Annapolis home with her husband, Jason and their son, Griffin. She enjoys both physical activities such as skiing and tennis as well as spiritual pursuits which include yoga, meditation and literature on the subject. She also enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family on both coasts.
