Originally born and raised in Chicago, Evanthia is a ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor with training in Pilates, Barre, Cycling, and other group fitness formats. In Evanthia’s classes you will focus on holistic health and complete body consciousness, finding engagement in every muscle to maximize usage of your functional movements. You will find yourself connecting with your inner core, both physically through the abdominals and mentally with your passion and drive to push a little harder. Evanthia’s energy in class is contagious and will leave you feeling strong, powerful, and inspired.
Evanthia grew up as a runner and dancer who was constantly pursuing other athletic challenges. She continued this passion for fitness as a Group Exercise Instructor leading classes such as Cardio Hip Hop, Strength Core, Cardio Kickboxing, Core, and eventually became the Program Assistant for Group Exercise at Indiana University in 2013. Evanthia graduated from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in May 2020 and is now a practicing Dentist in the Chicagoland area. Bringing together the fitness industry and healthcare is a major passion of Evanthia’s and she continues to promote this everyday as an Instructor and Health Care Professional.
