Based in NYC, home studio is NeXa Studios on the UWS.

I'm a professional dancer with the Limón Dance Company in New York City, NY. I've also toured the world and country with Mark Morris Dance Group, the Metropolitan Opera and Dance Lab NY. Career highlights include BCEFA's annual striptea---err, fundraiser, performing as a murderous harpy at Bryant Park and wearing a Fat Elvis suit with three Rat heads.

In November 2021, I completed my Comprehensive Certification. I've loved Pilates since 2015 when I successfully rehabbed from a grade 3 knee sprain. I aim to connect mind and body to strengthen your confidence and physicality. I am available for privates, group classes and rehab-focused mat work. I hope to see you on the mat!
