About Kristi Anne

Movement has been an alluring and strong focus for Kristi Anne since graduating from college with a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education. From there, she danced professionally all over the world, including the Moulin Rouge in Paris. Ending up in NYC, she obtained a Master's degree in Dance/Movement Therapy from Hunter College. Her Pilates journey started as part of her recovery from shoulder surgery. She was hooked! Kristi Anne is fully certified by Power Pilates in their Comprehensive program. With years of supervisory and teaching experience in corporate and educational settings, she embraces the mind/body connection and loves to guide people to developing their own body awareness, strength, flexibility, and confidence through Pilates.
