About Lauren D
Lauren has been teaching Pilates since 2005. She discovered Pilates while recovering from a Yoga injury. She still enjoys practicing Yoga but has a better awareness of the capabilities of her body through her Pilates training. Lauren studied Anthropology at Middlebury College and continues to learn from her students; traveling the world teaching for Power Pilates. In the summer of 2018 she adopted a broodle griffon named Alfred.
