Studio One Pilates

Studio One Pilates, Wenatchee's only Pilates studio, opened its doors in 2014. The vision of Tim and Cathy Resch, Studio One Pilates embodies their strong passion for helping people and their pursuit of health and wellness. Lifelong Washington residents, Tim and Cathy enjoy spending time with their two children, Chase and Allie, and their loyal dog Roxy. When not teaching a class, they can be found snow skiing, cycling, hiking, snorkeling and scuba diving. At Studio One Pilates, our focus is to make you feel your best. Whether in a group setting, a private class or a duet with a friend, our classic-style of Pilates will help you achieve your personal goals.
