EXPERIENCE PILATES AT Hot Yo Studio
Positioned in the heart of Kuala Lumpur city centre, Hot Yo Studio is where you can find your urban YOasis to unplug from the stressors of life. You'll discover novel ways to regain your health across our signature classes from yoga to dance to hot Pilates. Hot Yo takes an urban outlook on the ancient practice of yoga. Our vision is to make yoga relevant and accessible to the next generation of YOgis. We believe yoga is for everybody and it is our mission to help our members lead a healthier and more balanced lifestyle. The way in which we practice yoga is in inclusive and non-judgmental environment that is community-oriented hence from beginners to avid yogis, we have classes to suit every level. We combine yoga and heat so most of our classes are hot like 38°C/100°F hot!
Amenities
Hot Yo Studio offers fresh towels, mats , water cooler and showers. For your convenience, Hot Yo studio provides yoga mats, water cooler, Wifi, spacious showers, blow-dryers, lockers, and a lounge area for you to work or chill.

Friday 6:30am - 11:00am & 5:30pm - 9:00pm
Saturday 7:30am - 1:30pm
Sunday 6:30am - 1:00pm
Getting to Hot Yo is easy. Our studio is just a stone’s throw away from KLCC LRT station. If you drive, we offer a one-hour free parking!
