ADVANCED STUDIES MAT

The Advanced Studies Mat Professional Development Certification Programs assist working professionals and Pilates aficionados in enhancing their knowledge in several specific areas of Pilates Mat. These workshops are perfect for those who have completed a Mat only certification and are looking for more depth. These workshops will also benefit the student who has a sincere passion for Pilates. These workshops will assist you in providing more specific, specialized and/or individualized sessions for your clients, or yourself.

Recognition of Attendance will be provided to all those who attend any of the listed workshops. These certificates may be used for continuing education credits for Power Pilates and other qualifying organizations. Advanced Studies Mat Certificates are awarded to those who have completed a Mat program of at least 28 hours, Power Pilates Core Mat 2, or have related approved experience, complete at least 36 hours of Advanced Studies Mat workshops, 500 teaching hours of Mat classes, 464 self-practice hours of matwork and complete the associated final examination.
