Pathologies, Injuries and Disorders of the Neck, Thorax and Upper Extremities - Reformer
Engage in this in depth workshop which looks into the anatomy and function of the cervical spine. Cervical spine conditions are common in many Pilates practitioners. We will break down the appropriate exercises which support the neck and learn how to safely and effectively teach these Reformer exercises. We will also learn how to address thorax and upper extremity injuries by implementing proper Reformer exercises and variations and understanding the pathology behind these injuries.

The following reading material, though not required, will provide you with the knowledge of anatomical terms that will be helpful when teaching your clients after workshop completion: Anatomy of Movement by Blandine Calais-Germain - chapters 1-3 & 6 (Available in our online store)
Upon Successful Workshop Completion
You will receive an assessment-based certificate that recognizes your successful completion of all the prescribed education material.
You will recieve the applicable countinuing education credit hours towards your current certificate level and Advanced Studies Reformer Certification
