Hannah has always taken a holistic approach to wellbeing. Since childhood, physical health and psychology have always fascinated her. In 2014 she graduated from Exeter University with a BSc in Sports Science & Psychology and went on to work in the fitness industry, teaching Pilates and yoga with brands such as Sweaty Betty, Lululemon and Gymshark. Before long, she found herself leaning more towards yoga and meditation to balance out the modern and busy life she led in London. With a consistent personal practice she felt a huge shift in mindset, behaviour, relationships with others and herself and she realised that she just had to share the magic of meditation! Now Hannah teaches four week courses, one off classes and corporate yoga and meditation full time.
