Power Pilates believes that learning is an ongoing process and that completing a training program is only the first step. Students are required to complete a certain number of continuing education courses through Power Pilates (core curriculum and electives) to maintain their Assessment-Based Certificate. The number of courses depends upon the program level. These courses allow students to review the principles and exercises learned during education, explore topics not covered during their program, refine their teaching skills, and most importantly, maintain the integrity of the method. Power Pilates has developed the most extensive continuing education program in the industry.
Power Pilates provides the most comprehensive access to courses that help expand your teaching skills and career.
Power Pilates has partnered with Leaders in Fitness to offer a variety of online workshops and workouts. Many of these courses provide continuing education credits toward your certification renewal. You may access these courses via streaming on any device. Select from a bundle of courses below. Individual workshops are also available.
Teachers who are already certified may participate in any program that they have previously completed at a discounted rate. Auditors are not evaluated or required to do all the assignments. If you'd like more information on auditing or wish proceed with auditing an in-person program email firstname.lastname@example.org for the code to register after finding an upcoming training at powerpilates.com/registration.
Auditing a program enables teachers to participate in the program without being evaluated or being required to do all the assignments. Teachers may also choose to audit Core Mat 1, Core Mat 2 and Core Mat 3 through the online Mat Academy and take advantage of up-to-date education materials, animations, quizzes and virtual coaching sessions. Auditors do not receive a final pass/fail designation.
