This fast paced flow class connects movement and breath, builds strength, and increases ones range of motion through a steady paced Vinyasa practice that incorporates creative transitions, arm balances, and inversions. Each class includes a fluid and rhythmic warm-up and builds to a fun flow with a peak pose that is broken down and explored. This class is appropriate for intermediate to advanced yogis. Modifications will be offered.
