A former Art Historian, Agata has a background in Academics. She discovered Pilates in 2005 and has been a follower since. Continous work on the core, stablity, centering, breath and strength has helped her with many life challenges. Switching her career, while staying home with her first born daughter, Pilates became a natural choice. She became Core Mat I and II Certified Instructor in 2012, while pregnant with her second child. She begun teaching Mat shortly after giving birth to her son. Last Fall she entered a Comprehensive program and joined the rostar of instructors at the flagship studio in NYC. When not teaching or talking Pilates, Agata enjoys time with her family, exploring and traveling. Passionate about traveling and NYC history and culture, Agata and her husband also own a small walking tour business, Parrott Tours. She lives with her husband and three children in Brooklyn.
