This course focuses on teaching you how to teach the intermediate exercises. This dynamic online program will first ensure that you know each exercise, and then will focus on providing you the knowledge and tools needed to teach them properly.
During the Core Mat II course, you will learn the intermediate level exercises, including where to add them within the sequence of the beginner level mat class, and continue to work on your teaching skills. Our students say that "everything starts to click" during the intermediate mat program. Completing Core Mat II expands the range of clients you can work with and strengthens your teaching ability.
In addition to helpful document downloads, video and animated lessons, quizzes and workouts, you have the option to register for up to 10 teaching practice sessions, conducted via live video conference with a Teacher Trainer. These sessions are held on Thursdays at 6pm ET and Saturdays at 10am ET.
