This course focuses on teaching you how to teach the advanced mat exercises. The e-learning system will first ensure that you know each exercise, and then will focus on providing you the knowledge and tools needed to teach them properly.
All essential components of the Power Pilates teaching tools and formula will be enriched and advanced exercises will be mastered during the Core Mat III training. Students will learn how to incorporate the advanced exercises safely and effectively into their client's repertoire. Graduates will know how to teach a 60-minute advanced level Mat class (including modifications and variations for advancement).
In addition to helpful document downloads, video and animated lessons, quizzes and workouts, you have the option to register for up to 3 teaching practice sessions, conducted via live video conference with a Teacher Trainer.
