About Shannan

Shannan started her journey with Classical Pilates during her teenage years during her 20 years of dance study. Along with Power Pilates comprehensive training, she completed different training programs including IM=X Pilates, Fletcher Pilates Qualified teacher training, Pilates Excel finishing school by Rebecca Leone and Lesley Logan's eLevate classical mentorship to learn the Work by Jay Grimes. Shannan brings a technical eye to her pilates training from her career as a chemical engineer. Shannan completed her Power Pilates under the tutelage of Davidson Reid and Anne Brendle while also having the pleasure of learning in person from Susan Moran Perich, Bob Leikens, Enja Schenk and Lesly Levy.
