About YAEL
Yael Gross Rhode
A New Yorker turned Philly local, Yael left a career in finance in 2014 to follow her passion for movement and music. She began teaching at Flywheel Sports and later spent five transformative years at SoulCycle, where she mastered the art of rhythm-driven coaching, connection, and creating an experience not just a workout. The SoulCycle room shaped her belief that movement, music, and community can shift your entire state of being.
After the pandemic, she became a certified health coach and Pilates instructor, expanding her work into holistic wellness while staying true to her music-led fitness roots. She currently teaches indoor cycling and Pilates-inspired classes at Remix Fitness in Plymouth Meeting and Upper Dublin.
As a mother, Yael is grounded and relatable, she doesn’t strive to be a perfect fitness influencer. She believes in real life, real bodies, and the magic of moving together in a room where the outside world disappears. She created rhythmSCULPT to bring that same SoulCycle-level energy and connection off the bike, blending dance cardio, strength, and Pilates into one powerful, transformative experience designed to make your workout the best part of your day.
