About Zenia

Zenia Krause is a lifelong fitness enthusiast with a dynamic career that bridges decades of movement, motherhood, and meaningful reinvention. Her passion for fitness began in her teens, collecting workout videos and eventually earning her first fitness instructor certification while in college, where she led aerobics classes for fellow students.

After a 15-year hiatus in the corporate world followed by time spent raising her two young children, Zenia reignited her fitness journey. While balancing life as a stay-at-home mom, she became a NASM and ISSA certified personal trainer and began working with clients at a local gym. During her third pregnancy, she earned her yoga certification and began teaching yoga and total body conditioning classes.

In 2013, Zenia completed her mat Pilates certification, quickly building a strong following and launching the gym’s first barre classes. When the pandemic hit, she pivoted to teaching online, growing a virtual community and deepening her expertise by training with Power Pilates in New York City to become a comprehensively certified classical Pilates instructor. In addition to earning her 600 hr Comprehensive Power Pilates Instructor certification, Zenia is also an NPCP-Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher.

Today, Zenia teaches at Club Pilates, Northwell Health’s Center for Wellness and Integrative Medicine, LA Fitness, and several boutique studios. Her teaching style reflects her decades-long commitment to intelligent, joyful movement and helping others build strength, confidence, and balance—on and off the mat.
